  • E-voucher is applicable to NEW RESERVATIONS only; call the resort's hotline for your reservations.
  • Prior reservation is required at least two (2) weeks in advance and is subject to room availability.
  • Cancellations made three (3) days prior to arrival date and/or no-show are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the entire duration of stay; e-voucher will be forfeited.
  • Modifications such as change of stay date, number of room nights, room type, number of persons, and guest names are allowed; rate difference may apply; payment made for the e-voucher is non-refundable.
  • Present e-voucher at the Front Desk upon check-in otherwise, promo and reservations is not valid.
  • E-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any existing promotional rates, Senior Citizen card, packages, internet rates, conference or group reservations.
  • Peak surcharge of Php1,000nett per night applies on December 23, 2021-January 02, 2022 and April 13-16, 2022; payment can be made upon check-in.
  • E-voucher cannot be converted into cash and is non-replaceable.
  • E-voucher is transferrable and for one-time redemption only.
  • The Resort requires an email authorization for e-vouchers gifted or transferred to another individual. In the absence of the email authorization, e-voucher is not valid for redemption by another individual.
  • Unused e-vouchers after expiry date are non-refundable and can no longer be extended.
  • Rates are valid for Philippine residents only.
  • Foods and drinks brought from outside the resort are prohibited
